“People have an enormous potential for healing and growth. My greatest joy comes from inspiring
people to remember the truth of who they really are.”

We are living in extraordinary times. We are witnessing both an unraveling of the culture we have known and at the same time
participating in a spiritual awakening that has the potential to create the world of peace, harmony, and abundance for
everyone. We are navigating the uncharted waters of a great river of change. We are all affected by the rapid shifts we see
every day: changes in technology, in economies, in the environment, in our work places, in our communities. Such intense
change is extremely stressful and finding support is crucial.

The opportunities are many: to really take full responsibility for ourselves, our neighbors, our planet; to dive more deeply into
the deep wisdom of our beings; and to live directed by our intuition rather than outmoded beliefs and judgments. We need
new perspectives, a supportive community around us, and guides to offer inspiration and new possibilities. This is the most
exciting adventure available on Earth at this time. Consider that the distress you may currently be experiencing is a reflection of
this global awakening. Our work can address your issues at this level as well as the more traditional perspectives on healing. If
this resonates with you, please check the Strategies for Transformation section of this website for more information.

In all of her work Kathryn emphasizes empowerment, self discovery, and the broadening of perspectives. She offers: tools to
work effectively with life’s challenges; strategies for healing the effects of trauma; and techniques to deepen intimate
relationships; and processes for opening to one’s inner wisdom. Individuals or couples who work with her will be supported
in: clarifying the purposes of one’s life; recognizing one’s choices and finding the courage to act on the healthy ones; and living
more comfortably and creatively.

Finding the right match in a counselor is extremely important. Kathryn offers a free initial consultation to discuss your goals and
how she would tailor her approach to your specific journey.
